fatliquor RCF I|II - Names and Identifiers
fatliquor RCF I|II - Physico-chemical Properties
Physical and Chemical Properties | Chemical properties brown yellow emulsion. |
Use | When used for fat-adding dyeing and fat-adding of pig and sheep garment leather, after stirring and beating with a small amount of dissolved dye until there is no particle, add and stir the fat-adding agent equivalent to 9% of wet skin, and mix thoroughly, in the wet drum run 90~120 min. The temperature was controlled to 55 ℃, and the mixture was soft. The fat was added with 300% water and 5% fat additive (RCF 4%, 1% Sulfated Castor oil) after the second dyeing, 60-90min at 50-55 °c. A fat-adding agent of 10% was used for fat-adding of the pigskin nude leather. Liquid ratio was 2.5. 60~90min in the drum at 60 deg C. The leather treated with the present fatliquor is soft and elastic. |
fatliquor RCF I|II - Introduction
fatliquor RCF I | II is a chemical used in leather manufacturing. It is a hydrophobic surfactant that is widely used in processing leather to improve its softness and durability.
fatliquor RCF I | II can penetrate into the leather fibers, resulting in a thick grease lubricating layer between the fibers. It can reduce the moisture absorption rate of leather and increase the softness, elasticity and folding resistance of leather. At the same time, fatliquor RCF I | II can reduce the surface tension of leather and improve its water resistance and abrasion resistance.
fatliquor RCF I | II is generally obtained by combining fatty acids with hydroxyethylation. Some organic solvents, such as alcohol solvents, may be used in the preparation method. The manufacturing process needs to control parameters such as temperature, pH and reaction time to ensure product quality.
When using fatliquid RCF I | II, you need to follow relevant safety procedures. It may be irritating to the skin and eyes, so care should be taken to use personal protective equipment such as protective gloves and safety glasses. Avoid inhaling its particles or vapors during operation. It should be placed in a well-ventilated place to avoid exposure to open flames and high temperatures.
